Prices:

  • The applicable price is the one stated in the online store on the day the order is placed.

Production and Order Fulfillment: 

  • All orders are printed on-demand and fulfilled through our partnership with Printful.com. This ensures a unique, high-quality product is created especially for you.

Production Time: 

  • The average production time is 2-7 business days. This may vary depending on the product type and demand.

Quality Check: 

  • Each item undergoes a quality inspection before shipping to ensure your satisfaction.

Shipping:

  • Carriers: We use various trusted carriers for shipping, including USPS, FedEx, and DHL, depending on the destination.

  • Shipping Options: Customers can choose from standard or expedited shipping options at checkout. Shipping rates and times vary based on the destination and selected service.

  • Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to track your package’s progress.

Delivery:

  • Estimated Delivery Times: Delivery times vary based on production time, chosen shipping method, and destination.

  • Domestic Orders: Typically arrive within 3-7 business days after shipping.

  • International Orders: Usually arrive within 7-21 business days after shipping. Please note, international shipments may be subject to customs delays.

  • Address Accuracy: Ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

  • Lost or Damaged Items: If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at meow@howlincats.com. We will work with you and our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

  • International Orders: All international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. We cannot control and are not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance.

Returns and Exchanges:

  • Returns Policy: Due to the nature of on-demand production, we cannot offer returns unless the items are defective or different from what was ordered. If you encounter such issues, please contact us within 14 days of receipt.

  • Exchange Policy: We can not exchange products and the order needs to be cancelled and be placed again on a different product.
